Well based on the fact that there are no other inhabitable planets in our solar system any life forms that make it into our solar system are far more advanced than we are.

Maybe tens of thousands if not hundreds or millions of years more advanced than us. (years is kind of relative because it a measurement of time on our planet. Irrelevant in other solar systems.

Also these ships may be unmanned. Just exploring the universe and eventually returning to place of origin

Exactly time as we know it is a figment of our (earthing) imaginations. Its an inevitable force similar to gravity. We can only stop our selves from growing up. He basically says we are not a civilized race.

I have my cell ready, I had to crash last night though. I'd barely slept in several days. I'm feeling much better rested than I did, maybe I'll see it again tonight

That's why I think people who discount the possibilities show great ignorance. If this is as good as it gets, what a damn shame and waste of space, don't you think?
