Instead of affecting minorities directly, like Jim Crow & "separate but equal", we criminalize the drugs blacks use (that are chemically identical to the drugs whites use at the same rate whites use them), thereby ensuring longer criminal convictions for black citizens who are supposed to enjoy equal protection under the bill of rights. You know, that sacred document of our forefathers..
