Recently I've made a lot of deep fried (olive oil of course) Camembert or goat cheese in breadcrumbs salad. Always served with red jam or honey!

Yo OD theres this dish youd love
Cut small and thin uneven sized hay kinda looking chips, deep fry. Saute for 20 sec max on good olive oil some jamon, put aside. On that jamon tasting olive oil fry 2 eggs. Put jamon on top of chips and eggs on top of that with the olive oil. Break it all up mixing yolks and shit. its epic, true truck driver food. Be sure to pick your nose with your thumb while youre eating it, makes for a more authentic experience.

Most people never realize they never even tasted real deal wasabi. In America we just have wasabi flavored horseradish.
