Does sm 90 kill beneficial bacterial ?

If you drench your soil with it your bacteria will not be happy. If you spray it on your plants the bacteria shouldn't be too bothered

Per gallon with nutrient solution is no good for my beneficials?

Have you tried looking on their website? They might have that information on there, maybe not though.
