Best thripe treatment?

A lot of people say neem oil doesn't really work... honestly I'm not to sure I have thrips but I want to be prepared just in case ya know? So what do you suggest? I have tried to do some research but I'm ready to pull my hair out, I just have had a lot of bad luck so now I'm getting truly medicatedbongsmilie:joint::bigjoint::blsmoke:bongsmilie:eyesmoke:

And if I end up having g them is it OK to use on a younger auto? Not budding yet just 23 days.....well I guess the real question is is it OK to use it on a flowering plant? Just to be on the safe side incase this mark ends up being more then just that

Yes use your pesticides up till you start to get trichomes then stop as they can get trapped inside the trichome and be a horrible smoke. Make sure you have no bugs going into the flower, so a weekly pest regiment is good prevention up till then
