Purchase and development of the first Private Cannabis Island just for stoners.

I have started a campaign to start the first Cannabis Island for all stoners alike. Native plant Marijuana. Weed cost free to all residents and visitors of the island. The island alone will cost $10 million +. That's not including development cost. If all stoners unite this will be a easy task.
With a estimated 158 million plus users in the the world. $1 from each user could easily make this happen.

The island already has a few lodges with running water and electricity. Solar power and/or wind turbines would have to be the major source of electricity. I doubt too many people would actually live there year round. Most people have lives back home and families.
Bulk prefab beach cabins can be purchased for around $5000 a unit. The island is full of natural resources.

lol, Isla Das Pedro off the coast of Chile. 16,000 acres Chile allows smoking in private locations so this seemed to be the most feasible option being it is a private island. There is a huge island off Brazil but Brazil's laws are iffy and there is a lot of crime in Brazil. Chile is the safest country in south america. Mexico was a no-no, plus their best island was $99 million.
