Help me identify the problem?

Hey yall I'm pretty new to growing and I need an opinion of somebody with a little expertise under their belt. I recently put this plant under a strict 12/12 hour light cycle and have also noticed leaves turning yellow and brownish and some even falling off? Here are a few pictures!

looks and sounds like severe nitrogen toxity to me.

My advice...toss it, clean everything real good n start over from seed.

Its cannabis .. dude your soil is locked out, plus its a good idea to take a pic in natural light so we can see the colors.. I see a few issues with that plant .. get the PH under control on your 100% reveg photo plant..
