Cool. Thanks for the reply.
Will there be much more expected growth from them now or do they just concentrate on potency now.
I have no idea, as I'm a complete Virgin to all this lol

Any thing more I can do that you would suggest by looking at them to maximise my yield.
Any one grown similar size plants to these and could tell me what they yielded?? Cheers

Looking good my guess on yield would be 8+oz
Cool, 8oz I would be more than happy with.
Second grow i would like to do better but unsure on what I could do to make it better other than get a bigger grow space.... Possibly a tent. The room they are in at the minute is only a meter square.

Plants look great man! Get yourself a pocket microscope, comes in handy. You can get a good idea of when to harvest from the pistils white to orange ratio but to really get the perfect window you're gonna need to inspect the trichomes and know the times of harvest.

Yeh will do. Thanks! Guessing ebays the best bet.
Will trichomes be good way to determine when to flush the plants also too or when do i decide to do that?
Thanks!!

No, trichomes colors are only going to tell you the maturity of your plants ( unless I'm unaware or something lol) The plants overall appearance will tell you if you have issues that require a flushing. Also if using a coco medium, be sure to flush a little more often.

The "orange" pistail's start to develop in middle to late flower. every thing is find - good set-up . You should start see the color change in week 6

colored pistils are always normal, and most the time are due to genetics or the temps. Just FYI harvest by color of trichomes as I know this question is come up soon enough. Get a 120X miscroscope from amazon and harvest by the color and consistancy of the trichomes. Other than that, looks good! If you interested in maximizing yields, then it all has to do with tuning your grow room, and knowing botany in the sense of nutrients. Look up Subcultre -M and subcultre-B, these are very interesting nutrients that help promote fast growth and very big yields, and you can use them with any other nutrients as an add on. Other than that, if you keeping your room at the desired specifications needed, then all you can do is keep doing what your doing, and experiment! If you get a successful grow, and you didn't like how the quality turned out, research as to why. We can try to help you figure that out, but we will need to know a lot more specific information about your unit.
What are the dimensions?
the nutes by shogun never heard or used, so I cant speak on it, but know your nutrients! Do research on the raw materials and research as to which does what to a plant. Good luck!

Cheers. Thanks for the reply and advice.
I will read up on on my nutes and try and Familiarise myself with the ways they affect the plant and if given too much or too little.
Grow rooms just under
3ft x 4.5ft

It's been a big learning curve coming across problems and having to deal with them which I'm sure has all put stress on my plants,
First problem was I didn't have a temperature gauge and didn't realise I was slowly cooking my plants. After I got my thermometer I realised it was over 30° C so from then on I had to keep the door open during light on hours and buy a bigger inline exhaust fan and install an inlet lower down.

After that I almost burnt my house down as the ballast for my light got so hot it melted the reflective plastic sheeting I put in my wardrobe walls and floor, I decided to hang it up lol

Then low humidity so bought a humidifier

I then went away for the week end and thought they'd be okay for 3days to then I returned to what looked like most certain dead wilted plants, I watered and within a couple of hours they were back to life amazing lol... Lost one of my northern light #haze x5 babies though.

After flipping to flower I came across high Humidity so I had to buy a dehumidifier

And the list goes on as I sure I've forgotten loads..
But now I think rooms all pretty dialled in and now my next grow should go a lot more smoothly

I've grown about 7 plants before this one. This one is going to be my first harvest. Only took a year to figure it out. I am growing for medical and pain. So I think its not to bad. Can't wait to harvest this indica DOM. Know for Narcotic pain relief. I need that bad. Got a GPro portable vaporizer. I can enjoy without making the dog high and maybe getting the police over. I didn't want the dog high. She just got that way. Never happened after that.

Yes the plant is an art to grow. Very cool to look at blowing in the wind. Once you get used to it. You get your farmer mind set. It all will come together. Never stop reading in groups. Its kind of like a support group. With the ability to talk freely here helps everybody.

Sounds like you are meeting the challenges the plant puts out.

Keep it up:weed:
