Yes it's cannabis.. looks like hemp though.. unless your in south east Asia.

No not if it's industrial hemp.. it won't even grow buds.. but leave clusters filled with seeds.. not worth the headache to try smoking it literally. If your in the states that sativa Ass looking bplabt is most likely hemp

Well I don't think it's idustrial because I found it growing, I don't think anybody planted it

Well no one else is harvesting it. Around where I live the stuff grows naturally sometimes.
