Ants digging around my plants

I have 13 small pots full of sprouts, and yesterday I noticed some ants crawling around the base of each plant. I went to check on them again tonight, and saw that they're now digging in my pots. Should I be worried about this?
Will they destroy the roots, or will they be beneficial by adding more oxygen to the soil?

Spray ya plants with neem oil, and salt around the pots will also work, no salt on or near the plant tho, ants do train aphids to eat ya plant true, they want the aphids poop ...it tastes of sugar!

Ants farm scale not aphids. and its honey dew.

Do I need to be worried about them killing or harming my seedlings?

Those paper cups are horrible you should transplant and plant them deeper up to the sprout leaves.
