After some research i found that you do infact have a issue here. You are a type of "left out" we have not had experience with yet.

MMAR Form C/C2 Production Site "I plan to produce marihuana other then somewhere then my ordirnary residence

MMAR FORM C/C4 Security Measures For Growing and Storing Marihuana "Address where marihuana will be stored Address, City, Province, Postal code etc.."

IMPORTANT : Please note that if marihuana is not stored at the production site, it must be stored at your ordinary place of residence.

I see your problem...lol how ironic.

What a mess.. if only anyone out there had actual answers.
I spoke with an officer friend the other day and he said they have no idea how to enforce anything because it's all too confusing, so they're doing the bare minimums when they get complaints but otherwise there's nothing they can do unless they want to end up in court explaining why they did what they did.

are you certain? not saying your wrong but his question does ring a bell..hmm
this is from the MMAR Form C at the bottom of page 2.

ordinary place of residence.

now you have me wondering. i was told by HC i believe that your grow and res can both be storage at the same time.
when you harvest and it's drying you leave it at the grow site so i don't think they could say much if you had dried product at the grow site but who knows...it is the Gov't

Kind of like most of us, valid sept 30th your allowed to grow but ATP needs to be valid on march 21st in order to grow. Same issue i suppose.

all my dates are valid. I haven't moved yet. Just wondering what will happen when I do
I moved mine awhile ago...I got tired of the time and expense of having to travel. Some suggested I inform HC before the move, but that is just inviting Steve's gestapo to visit. I just did it quietly and posted my original ppl in the new grow room. If anything happens, I'll take my chances with a judge.

Almost liberating eh? I am starting to feel more comfortable "going outside" when I'm out and about, but I still get that niggly feeling...maybe it's just me...

if you do get busted, use Turmel's kits. some good things for your defense..and if you use one of them-Call him and he will help.
he is working with a guy now who hasn't seen his court date in 9 years and probably won't with all the delays and filings.
a few years ago, Turmel's quash kit got 6.5 pounds returned to a guy in Alberta. the kits do work.

Next time you speak to him, see what he thinks about moving production sites and left outs taking things into there own hands. Id love to hear from a lawyer with whats happening to these people...
