No, why you ask? Smells like bacon....Anyone in Nashville?
Not a big gap between 65 days and 10 weeks (70 days) But Mango Haze I had one go a good 14 weeks even though it says 8-11 weeks and best I heard of is more like 9 weeks but that's a Haze hybrid for you their all over the place I even heard of SSH going 14 weeks but great clone only's that go 9 weeks are out their. You will go BEYOND breeder estimates ( both yield numbers and harvest time ) , those short run numbers are for PERFECT GROWING CONDITIONS and usually not what most growers will be able to duplicate. When Autos mature ( depending on strain ) with fan leaves turning yellow or faded ( not a deficiency but because it is in its last life stages ) and will continue to put on weight . I have run 65 day strains up to week 10 before noticing full maturity. I would push those girls out and watch the triches with better lighting to see actual maturity. Some strains also don't turn amber.
Triches will have swollen caps , look for percentage of cloudy vs. Clear to judge.
Ive seen autos pull 4+ ozs. Its cause everyone wants to plant them in 1 gallons and treat them like unwanted stepchildren and then they yield like shit. Nirvana bubbleicious auto and berry ryder auto from auto seeds.. not tryin to be a dick, just stating facts.A zip or so is pretty much standard with Autos. You could probably pull more but it'd take some babying on them. If a breeder claims huge yields on an auto they're just full of shit. I take it you're a full outdoorsman like myself. If you want to pull weight on autos you can. You just have to plant a gazillion. of em. So just do a bean run on a patch of 10 or so and you'll have hundreds of beans to use. Little girls only get like 2-3 feet tall tops so they can be.put about anywhere in numbers. I personally won't focus on autos again myself either. Planning on filling up a spot I discovered dan used last summer with em. But they're just getting tossed in the ground as soon as the bean cracks.
I plant my auto's in 3 gallon pots.Ive seen autos pull 4+ ozs. Its cause everyone wants to plant them in 1 gallons and treat them like unwanted stepchildren and then they yield like shit. Nirvana bubbleicious auto and berry ryder auto from auto seeds.. not tryin to be a dick, just stating facts.
I'm sure people can. I go a week or 2 without even looking at plants though. Sometimes longer. My reasoning for not doing Autos is simply due to climate. In my neck of the woods if I start them in April they spend their entire flowering cycle in 90-102 degree temps and 80+ humidity. They're counter productive for me. Lose 10x more than I'd harvest. Even in an ideal setting I'd personally rather focus on something I could flower and manipulate as I see fit. I have pulled some decent weight off autos that I treated like decent stepchildren. Pulled roughly 7 ounces of thick nugs off 3 plants in 3 gallon pots. One was in a 5 gallon. Hit em with water like once a week. Fed them 3x. Other than that nothing else. I'd have to start them late to dodge humidity. At that point they'd be right behind photoperiods in harvest.Ive seen autos pull 4+ ozs.
