My friends think it's strange i cut my own hair, i just buzz it all the same length so it's no big deal. Anyone else cut their own?

I hate going to get a hair cut especially if you get a talker...like fuck shut up bitch and just cut the hair......Im not anywhere near cool enough to go to barber shops, So I often have radical differences in hair styles like from long to bald which makes some people think I want attention, this is not true, i just dont like getting haircuts its just a fucking weird niche of society fucking hair cuts

I stopped going to get my haircut a long time ago. I always got it cut real short anyway, I figured I might as well do it myself instead of paying $12 for someone else to do it.

I just put the shortest adapter on the electric shaver and lop it all off. It's too hot around here for long curly hair.

My girlfriend cuts mine. Its just a buzz with the clippers and a once over with a bic. I can easily do it myself and have several times over the years but i find it extremely relaxing when she does it for me.

I've been shaving my own head for as long as I can remember. This thread is reminding me that I need to take in my Wahl clippers and get it sharpened. I keep fricken forgetting, and I got some thick ass hair I take them into a knife sharpener every few years, and it makes them brand new.

That's one thing i need to work on, the fade around the edges, and trimming the back but, meh..It looks alright.

I've been sporting the chrome dome look since xmas. It was strange at first, but now I really love it. I shave it every other day, and I don't miss haircuts, or hair, at all anymore. It's especially great for summer, but I run hot all year long...
