I placed an order from attitude last week. I emailed them asking about my tracking info that still comes back as "not found" through royal mail and usps. And this is the response I got.
Hi there
Please note that this time we have used a different courier to ship your package, which means that this will NOT be traceable on Royal Mail.
It will only be traceable on USPS once they update their tracking information.
We have actually noticed that whenever we use this particular courier the tracking information is a bit slower to appear on USPS, however packages that are sent this way have almost 100% success rate being delivered, and that is the main thing we care about.
Please understand that this is not over our control and you will need to wait until USPS update their details.
We apologise on behalf of the mail services for the inconvenience
Has anyone dealt with this? I mean I paid for the shipping and they can't even give the name of the courier?? I've placed many of orders with them. It seems shady.. I'm on the east coast in the u.s. thanks for any help
