PH problems

I'm currently growing in Roots Organics soil and smart pots. I've constantly had problems with nutrient deficiencies and can't quite get a grip on it. I bought a Bluelab PH pen and have been PH'ing my water around 6.5-6.7. I'm still having issues with my plant so today I decided to check the runoff. Today the PH'd water went in at 6.7 and it was 6.3 coming out. I read somewhere that the actual soil PH will be a few 10'ths down from the liquid reading. If that's true then I'm going to assume my soil PH is around 6.0-6.1. So, should my plan to be to raise my water/nutrient PH up to 7.0, hoping that it will increase the PH of the runoff and soil PH to hopefully around 6.6 or so?

With Roots Organic , ( don't know if you using 707 or ? ) but works well with a LIGHT fertilizer mix.
With its Ingredients such as : Coco fiber, peat moss, perlite, pumice, premium worm castings, bat guano, kelp, fish bone meal, soy bean meal, feather meal, greensand, leonardite and alfalfa meal. There WILL be some deficiencies present after a couple of weeks , I used a Fish fertilizer (5-1-1) to help stabilize the plant during initial vegging. Strangely during flowering it would be more effective as a medium. One thing I really didn't like was the fungus gnat issue and pest attraction. You can COOK this medium to kill the bugs , but found adding DE as a top dressing help curb this.

I now use it as a supplement to something like Hapoy Frog ( 1 part to 2 part Happy Frog ) with additional perlite.

I am currently feeding it the line of Dyno-gro nutrients almost according to a schedule I found on their website. I did start to add more N in the last 2 feedings to see if it would help. :(

That's why I'm wondering if I have some sort of lockout? I'm not sure how to come up with a solution to my PH issue since this is my first time looking at the angle of PH'd water going in and the runoff coming out. Maybe my soil PH is too low so it is locking out my nutrients?

Are you PH the finished feed solution BEFORE you feed ? Also the PPM range for proper uptake is important , I also use DYNAGRO and if you look at there feed schedule the PPM range for uptake is pretty low compared to other nute lines. ( 200 up to 700 ppm )

To me she looks like she's begging for more nutrients, but the only way to be positive is with a PPM meter, but if you can't get that quickly enough I would suggest that on your next watering increasing your nutrient dosage by 25%
