How could they give you any trouble at the post office. They could never prove you ordered anything. For all anyone knows you were framed and know nothing about said contents.

If you sign for it or walk out with it you have "taken possession" of a controlled substance. Therefore, you can be arrested or ticketed for possession. Not to mention, participation in transporting a controlled substance via the postal service is a federal crime. Although I'm no lawyer, it seems to have the potential to be ramped up to serious charges. If I'm wrong, I'm willing to hear it. Then I'll order some seeds. LOL

You are right but, as you can read from above, there were no issues. This was the first time in dozens of orders that this has happened and that is why I freaked out a bit. All in all I do not see myself not using Attitude in the future. They are and always will be number one in my eyes. Also, this is why I like this site. Even though a lot of people on here are bored trolls, there is still some good advice to be had from people who are genuine in their help.

Yes, each one of those seeds could have resulted in millions of dollars worth of weed "on the street". Probably some RICO shit too. And there are laws against uh... Keeping an aquatic rodent, uh.... for the purposes of entertainment.

Nah, cops don't have the time. They got people of color to oppress.

When you sign and walk out with the package in hand does that mean you know whats inside of it?
The dea goes after the mailer not the mailee. Think about it.
You could just mail all kinds of illegal things to people you dislike to set them up if they went after every piece of contraband put in the mail.

Tell that to my friend who did time for signing for mushrooms. If it's mailed to you and you sign, it's not so easy to prove otherwise.

I dont really know the laws u guys have in the us so i shouldnt have even commented.
I just figured that they went after marc emery not the million people he sold seeds too.
Im surprised the feds are using this to set up all kinds of people.

A parcel addressed to yourself has caused serious damage to our "Litesortor" due to cost cutting we have passed the repair to the user ...$6950.00 ..thank you ...is that a visa card?

Doesn't matter if you know or not. You're in possession. If it's in your hand, you possess it. Just as if your friend leaves his stash on the back floor of your car and you don't know it. Po-po sees it, you possess drugs because it's your car.
