Provision Seeds Seed Bank Review

OK, So far. Placed an order for single seed of house brand genetics. Had a payment question in the time it took me to cook a steak I had an answer from "Mike" payment has now been made, all looks good. I also did not tell them in notes for the order who I was. The site could use better design, but the customer service so far has been PERFECT.

Note: my order is to the US.

Just to keep you guys informed, he's now threatening us for commenting in this thread -- from our ticketing system --

Not my fight....but at no time before tonight did provision mention a full refund option...think about it...he's been on the warpath for 3 days...if he were offered a refund from the start... then why would he threaten anyone to begin with?

I can not get a custom letter because Australian custom don't issue them how fuck in the head are you.

after that remark I should start a thread about gorilla seed bank just for fun since ya stick ya noise in where it not wanted

everone know the gorilla is spot on. ive always had great service from u all. ppl know that dude is fk up in the head. i wonder how many ppl hes called the law on in his hometown when they ripped him off lol

He calmed down later that day & sent us a nicer message asking for us to help him out - not sure what he thinks I can do with a different company.

Once I calmed down too, I politely restated my position & hopefully he gets it now. Maybe, if nothing else, it'll be a good lesson that blowing up & throwing a tantrum doesn't get you far in life.

Your lucky, he's still calling us a cunt and other stuff. Must be his favorite word.

@provisionseeds it is only one unhappy customer, you've probably scored a few new ones in place. It sucks he couldn't get his beans but I totally understand why you wouldn't want to deal with him. I've had issues with banks in the past and just being a decent person always get it fixed. You've stayed on here to deal with it and from all other accounts, you are a good person to deal with, I don't understand how this guy went so wrong. Your customer service is so much better than others, keep it up :)
