I was asked this today, I am dropping my two current partners and going to go in business with my buddy (bigger budget) he asked me how many I could handle.. I said probably 20K... That's me doing everything including trimming.. We are shooting for 15 P's every month with two houses... Now I am thinking, God damn that's a lot of trimming...

So I thought it would be a good question to ask the community..

My buddy thinks he could handle 4 houses, I laughed..

Yeah.
It's the trimming that's a no go.
My really good buddy/trimmer was in hawaii for three weeks, just got back:-) i had to trim the whole fucking time. Fucking bullshit.
I could easily single handidly rock even more(minus trimming), but I need to have some fun also. You know?
Yeah on average I think the last I checked it takes me between 6 to 8 hours to trim a pound.. that's half the fucking month...

I'm going to run everything on drip because, I hate watering.. Lol
Trying to get as automated as possible..

It's pretty fucking far away from home like a two hour drive. I figure I'd be there half the week..

I'm fucking happy as shit, because I don't have to sell a damn thing anymore
Drip huh? I noticed that "bump" in the coco section:-)
I've grown many many ways over the last 2+ decades, and it's my favorite way. But I only like dripping(basket drip stakes)small containers. 1 drip stake per 1 gal mesh bottom pot. 16 pots per 4'x4'. Too many plants IMO

Depends on quality of life.

Full time, including trimming but no hustling? Like 60 hours per week? About 5K flower, 1200 veg.

Dude, you keep scaring me with your avi. I miss Nurse Nancy's biggest fan.
Shit 5k is a walk in the park.. Lol. Veg will be a completely different location, All I have to do is the flowering and trimming..

I recall seeing this in the Central Valley last year on tomatoes.

Get a few trucks. Trick one out for dorms and potties. Take another and put a series of auto trimming machines. Set the last one up with one dozen excellent trimmers. Something tells me that they will be Mexican.

Take appointments. I think you could make a great deal of cash in about eight weeks. It will happen.

Lol that pretty much what I had planned except with 3 gallon pots and two stakes per pot

Trimming machines are out of the question, we are looking for top dollar, but I will probably be using sheep shears for the fan leaves

That is where the help begins.
When it's crop out time, i chop down plant/s, cut it into workable peices, my buddy plucks fan leaves. Onto the lines to dry. When dry, he helps me take down lines, into bins it goes. Then I tell him to hurry the fuck up. Lol

Sorry, trimming machines is just for the rough cut. It empties out into a trough that leads to the human trimmers. They are all filmed continuously to make sure they don't keester a bud. Then they deposit the finished bud into a hopper where it is photographed, tested and weighed for the Washington Liquor Board or whatever. And put in a tamper evident package.

Hey, can we use prisoners? I was going to put armed gaurds (or gourds) on a platform above them. If we can't get enough Mexicans because somebody put up a wall around Mexico (and made them pay for it) we could use Cornishmen.

The thing should probably fly for max efficiency. A dirigible?
