counterpoint: his state ranks second in the nation for shittiest places to live, and he's making his own constituents suffer even more by working to eliminate the welfare those poor destitute helpless whites depend on.

Clearly understood, and I oppose him for all of that. My criticism lies with the word "alive" encompassing everyone, imo, there are much worse individuals who are alive. Again, that's not to say he's not a shitty individual, I think he is, I just don't think he qualifies for this specific list. If this were a "shittiest American politicians alive" list, you'd have my approval! (you should totally start that thread!)

Since this wasn't covered in the rules in the OP, I think you and I both should come up with a system to solve this problem

I oppose your nomination, do you believe requiring 2 nominations to override my opposition is fair? In other words, if 2 people believe you're right, that Rend Paul should be nominated as one of the shittiest people alive, despite my opposition, he should still be nominated?
