White fly is eating my plant

Hello, i have 5 plants, they all grew very close to each other i still don't know how they grew so close.
I have been trying to kill a small white fly that looks like its almost impossible. I have tried dish soap and water, neem oil(almost killed my plants) and the yellow stickers with auto grease, also i tried vacuuming the plants and they still came back.

also any tip that i could get from you guys i would really appreciate it.

I'm wondering how the yellow stickers with auto grease worked out? Sounds easy, but does it get the plants messed up?
Also, I started a post today on making sticks pushed into the dirt to catch bugs. I used a honey, sugar, water mix...
See the post "Tired of gnats, flys, etc. ?" I'm experimenting with it now.

Getting the larva out of the soil may be how to solve the problem like nuggs just suggested. I tried a peroxcide/water mix yesterday - got tired of waiting and hit it with some pesticiide in the top inch of the dirt around the plant that's still in two pots. Haven't used pesticides in years - vegging now so they took one for the team.

The stickies won't help. Most of the damage is done in the young nymph stage before they start flying, and they breed much too rapidly to control this way.

How much neem oil did you spray? And when did you spray it? I've learned to only spray at night when the sun has just gone down and it's still twilight. Spraying in the sun will burn the shit out of plants. Spraying at night gives them the longest time to dry and absorb the oil. And only use 1 tbs per gallon no matter what the bottles say. Any oil based spray can burn leaves at higher concentrations than that. Silica or dish soap help as an emulsifier so the neem mixes with the water better and sticks to the plants better instead of beading off and leaving hotspots.

Spinosad is also a great option. It isn't oil based so it won't burn easily and it's very safe to use in veg or flower. I alternate between the two products. Pyrethrin is a last resort.

I've always seen my big time grow buddies pour like a half cup of neem into a gallon of water and I've never seen any problems. I usually use a lot more than a tablespoon and it works great for me.

it did worked out but the only problem i noticed was that it attracted more insects that there were at the plant. but i did had to clean and re apply grease because it was full of bugs.
i cannot find nemashield in mexico yet so i will have to try the peroxide/water mix, what ratio did you used for it?

1 part peroxcide to 4 parts water is the ratio I got from searching the net.

From the description you gave of the bugs on the sticks and having to do again sounds like the plants are under full attack.
