Looking healthy, If you want them to grow faster give em 5-6 hours sleep. =) (no more than 6 hours of sleep or they might start to flower on you.

looks like nice starts, please help me understand the acronym CFL? is that florescent lighting? just curious I've only used metal halide or high pressure sodium up to flowering. they look a little small to be feeding nutes. are you feeding 1/4 strength or full? ive had better response using 18-20 hours of lighting through veg.

Compact Florescent Lighting (cfl) it it just a more efficient lighting for house bulbs.

yes the lights are fluorescent and I yeah I used 1/4 the recommended amount. They seem to have responded good to the nutes. I just sprinkled the nutes on the top of the soil and watered it in and they went from a light green to a dark rich green. Like I said its my first grow so I'm just taking it as it comes and figured i would get some opinions as I don't always trust my own :) thanks for the replies guys, any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

Do u have a fan blowing around in there? If not might be a good idea, then point it around them to make them just bearly shake, it'll make ur stem much stronger!

Yeah a box fan on medium about 3 feet away in a somewhat humid laundry room and usually stays a couple degrees hotter than outside which is usually 85-90. Do they look a little small? I lost track of exactly how old they are but I would say 3.5 to 4 weeks old.

the size looks fine to me, just watch the nute strength and would recommend not too often until they are around 8 inches or so.
