Unknown bugs and disappointing guerrilla check up

Went out to one of my spots to drop off about 20 more clones, there are already 50 out there.
I was hoping to see knee high ladies flourishing since I haven't seen them since they were planted about the 16-18 of may. But hell no. Some were barely half calf high most where a couple to few inches below my knee. I'm 6'1" if that helps.
5 were dead 2-3 looked like something may have walked by and knocked them over of some of the heavy rain we got recently pounded them down and they never got back up. And a couple were well, they looked dried up.... I dunno.
But the rest where alive and seemed fine except they were all budding!!!! Yes flowers, damn it I'm pissed. I'm sure they will go back into veg but thats prob 3 weeks of growth loss. And unfortunately they only get about 6-8 hours of light because they are right up against some seriously huge trees.
The other thing that is freaking me out is an infestation of some kind of bug I have never seen before yes I have seen all the common bugs in dealing with this type of gardening and it wasn't that. I can say that they where hurting them as only 1 plant looked like something was eating the leaves, the rest were fine. I couldn't catch one because it was raining and they were pretty fast and I smashed the ones i got my hands on. Couldn't get pics because of the rain I mean pouring. When I planted the original batch I also released 1000 ladybugs.
I have know Idea what the little things are but many they were all over... maybe just staying out of the rain but I dunno.

I messed up description of the bug.... looked almost like it had a shell similar to a lady bug but 1/4 the size of a adult lady, looked almost like it had 2 little arms sticking out front of it and they were, I dunno hairy looking. And the whole was white/ gray. They jumped and flew-ish.
Plan on going back soon to get some pics if they are still there and I'll add them here when/if I get some.
Any ideas?

Bummer about your plants and plans for them to bankroll your grow next year. Did you go with fire hydrant or the well?

Haven't even had a chance to try any of that, the old lady got into a wreck so that threw me off for a hole week.

Close but more white, imagine like a snail shape but it wasn't snails because they jumped or flew. Thanks though what is that?

I'm getting dropped off tomorrow, if its bad and the bugs are still bad then I won't put anything out else out there. Instead putting them at my original location that has 2 decent sized creeks to feed them with. I still have the mother and could cut more clones. I was ready to be done for the summer but I'll have to think about it to see what to do.

It's a carpet beetle when i lived in the county they would try to come in my house. They don't eat plants asfar as i know but they multiple like crazy and shit all over the place. That color stuff on their back rubs of over time. It just kinda of sounded like them. When i think of what they look like its like a mini lady bug

Well I finally got out there. Dropped off clones to be buried about 48 hours ago and they are all but dead. The plants that aren't dead are on their way.
These bugs are fucking weird and appear to be sucking the life out of them. 62 ladies gone... damn it.
And they are on everything, even some vines that are growing and new briars and poke berry plants. Its an infestation.

So these are the adolescent stage of leaf hopper or plant hoppers or more officially known as Acanalonid Planthopper nymph.
The cotton like substance coming out its rear is called Frass. According to wikipedia, frass is the fine powdery material phytophagous (plant-eating) insects pass as waste after digesting plant parts.
Now that material is a microbial inoculant, also known as a soil inoculant, that promotes plant health using beneficial microbes, it is a large nutrient contributor to the rainforest.
BUT!!! AND HERE IS THE MIND BLOWN PART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It causes plants to excrete chitinase due to high chitin levels, it is a natural bloom stimulant, and has high nutrient levels. Causing some plants to go into their flowering stage.
This is why all my ladies are in flower! Even though they get approximately 8 hours of direct sun light a day and were just put out about 3 weeks ago. And we have had some decent rain in the area.

Now these plan hoppers are normally pretty harmless, maybe when its just a few of them. But as you can see its an infestation and every plant has that many if not more on them.

I have read countless books on indoor and outdoor growing and have had a couple successful runs, but never have I seen something like this or read anything like this so beware if you seem them just pray they don't have a colony with them.
I'm counting this crop as a total loss, no need to waste anymore resources on them. I'm sure they'll all be dead soon enough.
