Veg stage begins with the lighting...24 on , 18 on...thats the veg stage Note: do not feed them while using OF...it feeds for 3- 6 wks, anything more will burn em up. Once they get 2x's as big, gently repot them into middy size pot with fresh OF and they will grow crazy

Your technically vegginn right now. As long as your lights are on atleast 18 hours a day your still in veg. Be careful when using OF with seedlings, it has the potential to burn them.

Yeah I've heard about ffof but decided to take my chances with using during early stages but so far so good thx for the feedback much appreciated I recently got some biobizz nutes but I guess I won't be needing them for a little while so I'm going to just water and be patient thx rollitup fam

I've honestly never gave any nutes till this two tiny leaves (seedling leaves) start to yellow and die off that's when I know I'm good in veg with a steady light schedule of 18on 6off people swear by 24on 0off but I like to sleep I would think plants would too lol. Happy Growing! Looks great

Burning may depend on the strain. I always feed my plants while using FFOF and I've never had a single prob of any kind and it has improved my grows big time.

Well I'm definitely not going to feed them while they are Still in the solo cup maybe a week or two after I transplant how do you do it bro

Thx and I agree I think the lights off period is just as important in nature it's not light 24 hours a day

You get less growth this way. In veg I use 24 hour lighting
to maximize growth and size of my plants and it always works very well.
It's all up to the grower and it's all good.

After I make it through my first grow I'm going to experiment a little 24 he lighting soiless mixes and so

I also wait 2 weeks too feed after the 1st transplant but
I feed at 2nd watering right after the 2nd transplant every other watering in veg throughout.
I do not wait 2 weeks to feed after the 2nd 3rd and 4th transplant.
This works great for me always and never an issue at all whatsoever just
great fast growth up to 3 inches a day last month of veg.
Plants are always ultra healthy.

I use FF Grow for veg. Looks like your on the right track and keep us posted on your grow
and I hope it turns out better then expected!
