Seedlings are struggling!

Hello friends,

Can anyone tell me whats going on with my auto mazar? its been struggling to get out the shell for days (I did put it under 400w in the centre as soon as popped out for a day but removed it & placed it further away) ...is this gonna make it? if it does i'll eventually place it in the middle of the canopy for max light so it can catch up with the others.

Also have an auto northern lights that seems to be struggling a bit, I think I put it under the lights too soon (as I did with the mazar). Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Cheers buddy, the problem is that they're auto's so they don't have much time to get going before flower...I manually took off the shell to release one of the cotyledon's that hasnt grown green yet (still yellow)...before that I thought to simply replace it with another auto for a better start but now i'll just leave it & hope it catches up with the rest by placing it in the centre 'eventually'.
