herbies problem

Hey guys. On saturday I purchased 7 seeds on herbies. Which i got a confirmation email.

Since than I have been trying to contact them via email to find out my tracking number to which im getting no emails or phone calls back.

Anyone know how I can contact them other than this information; http://www.herbiesheadshop.com/mobile/contact

My payment went through and everything so not sure whats going on.

Interesting. I read so many good reports about them. I have sent them now 3 emails with no reply. Not sure what to do.

So who do I use?

#6 post says they dont use tracking? Its what I paid for on checkout?

All im after is communication that my seeds have/will be sent.

I would be patient fella. I don't use them myself but many many people do and they are a first rate reputable provider. I'm sure you'll get a response from them.

You just ordered on Saturday. Your payment went through. You got a confirmation e-mail.
They probably haven't even had time to generate the tracking # yet, if you do have tracking.

Not sure what to do now ?? I bet "Herbies" would appreciate it if you did something with the name of your thread, since the only real problem here lies with you and your lack of patience. (:

No worries. Herbie's even says on their site they don't use tracking. When you pay extra your paying for the garuntee. It will get there and Herbie's is a good company. They normally respond to emails within a day.

Last email was 2 days ago. Seeds still have not been dispatched.

There email to me was just to, inform me they no longer track seeds to AUS.

Pretty dissapointed to be honest, purchase was last Saturday.

Went with them due to good reviews, but I'm not going to write a book about them.

Settle in, lots of people have to wait for beans. 12 days usually to me.

you'll get them if you paid for them.
