If I was you, I would continue to grow that beast of a strain also. Fuck yeah :hump:
Lucky!
I'll get rid of it when people get tired of it. As of now I haven't heard anyone complaining, but then again, I wouldn't know if anyone was complaining. As long as I get 28 for it I'll keep growing it. Unfortunately , I don't get paid more for the "better" strains that yield less.

it's funny man. Everyone below us, in the valley, still grows BD. it's like, that's all they grow. Crazy! 10lbers all day yeah, but they sell for like 1000 a P. Fuck that.
Funny thing is, above them, where we're at, it's green cush(where it was created). Almost as huge of a yielder, but a lil better, IMO. You still wouldn't catch anyone of my boys loading up with BD or GC.
Shit,,,,,,we can't even blow shit up now around here. So, what does it matter now? :-(

Where you at? Humboldt is still going crazy, it gets more and more blown up every year. Every time they update google earth I feel like there is twice as many gardens and property being cut it. Yea I always do a few BD and GC every year but its far from the majority of the crop. GC finishes faster too which is nice. Its all og now a days

I believe it. Wish that was the case in my situation. I get 28 whether is BD that pulls 1.5 per 600, or forum cut GSC that pulls 1 per 600. It's a blessing and a curse at the same time.

Take advantage of it for as long as you can. I would only grow BD if that was the case here. Once people start getting hip to everything and more and more people start growing like how it is out here, things will change. The market will get flooded with BD because everyone will grow it because its easy to grow and yields heavy.

It already is flooded with blue dream. Some from here. A lot from Cali and Washington. Some better than mine, some not. People are "hip" to stuff here too, oil, bubble and edibles really hit the scene hard here in 2012. I am just stuck on what I know and don't care to stay with the times as far as strains go. I know at some point that won't be an option, but since we don't have shops you can walk into and pick from a plethora of strains, people are still semiforced to get what their dudeman has. Fortanutely for me, I only have one customer and he absolutely loves my dream. It'll be around for a while. I still do like to acquire cuts when I travel though, always fun to try something new.

Yea thats all i was saying, wait until it gets like it is out here. If you think its flooded now just wait, your in for a real treat. As time goes on all the states will catch up to where cali, colorado, oregon, and washington are at.

thread got majorly side tracked but anyways....

If your going by that accurite hygrometer, and looking at the max humidity in the past 24 hour period, I bet it will be high.

As was mentioned its probably just a spike, when lights are turned off. The easiest solution would be to run an exhaust fan lights out for 15 or so minutes.

I would recommend buying a wireless temp/hygrometer monitor, and watch it one night and see whats going on at different times.

You need to run both the dehumidifiers when the lights are out. I have 9 lighter and I have to run a 90 pint 70 pint and 100'pint all when lights are off. When lights are on the mini splits can handle it . Set your timers for 10mins before kicks kick off to give the dehu time to warm up . The spikes in humidity will fuck you . Also get a 2 foot led fixture and hang it on your roof. Put a green bulb in there so you can go in once a week during lights off and kick on the green bulb and make sure everything looks good.
UPDATE: Run Both dehums at night now with the timer kicking the second one on right before the lights go out and my humidity never goes over 50% at night now. Thanks for the tip and trick!

I'm having the same issue. I understand when the lights go out humidity will rise because the temperature lowers

They need to make a Minisplit with humidity controls. Or like a relay

Low temp low humidity is old news. Y’all need to read up on VPD.
Yes, even on OG’s..

Some of the best growers in the game rock 82F @75-80% RH. Not saying it’s a staple, but more common than you may think. I’m rocking 75-80F @65-70% days
And 60-70F nights @about the same RH.

After many many years of chasing and wondering why my best yields were always on the warmer humid side, I read the VPD chart and read the benefits and it all made so much sense. I wouldn’t do this if your famous for PM, or can’t keep your plants healthy throughout, but for those that keep it simple, understand that enviro is over 90% of the game and aren’t fixated on the nutritional side, try this:
