hey guys ive been posting alot lately so some of you may know my setup but for those who dont ill keep it simple 400 watt hps /mh
now that I've become confident in my setup in trying to figure out the best way to keep a perpetual harvest
for personal use I'm not able to clone, and I only have one 4ftx2ftx5ft custom cabinet I quickly learned 3 plants in 6.5 gallin containers vegged for 30 days completely fills my space I had to chop one due to it turning herm .. But now with the other two having about a month to a month and a half left I was wondering if anyone has a similar setup and how they do things .... Can anyone with EXPERIENCE tell me wether they had better luck letting your plants grow big and finish then start over again from seed or do a perpetual 12/12 from seed grow with 4 or 5 plants

I'd say go big. That and figure out a way to have a separate veg area. I went with one tent for a while. I am all personal too. I added a veg cab that is about 20" x 36" x 30" - guessing. It is two cheap kitchen racks facing eachother with some space between wrapped in refecltix and gorilla film. I use a "spent" carbon filter attached to a duct fan and it works. I have to say, it makes it much easier, I can clone, and annual yield has improved obviously...

thanks for the reply for now having a veg chamber no matter how small just isn't an option in anxious to see what I get off these two being un veg for 30 days they got nice and bushy with some fimming topping and supercropping 3 plants were kind if crammed and stretched alot BC of it I think

I like clones they seem to pick up a lot faster also if you clone from the top down instead of from bottom.up helps root faster better penetration using scrog methods really make a difference when utilizing space as well something to consider hope all is well and happy growing!! :bigjoint::blsmoke::weed::leaf::peace::hump:

I am currently running two cabinets about that same size 2x4x6
I don't do 12/12 from seed but check out my threads or if you want to know my approach.

Maybe two suggestions. First while you are vegging your photo/s you can toss in a couple of autos. Be sure to get a fast finishing, make 60-70 day strain. Once the autos finish, then flower the photos. This should keep you with smoke in the meantime.

Secondly, if you buy a second tent you could have two flower areas. Once you switch to flower take half the plants and put them in dark, while keeping the other half in the flower chamber. You'd have to switch the girls every 12 hours back and forth but it would give you double yield. I've tried both methods.

Get another tent. Veg and flower in each one seperately. Get your timing down so when one finishes the other goes into flower or whatever works best!
