40% of your paycheck is subsidized by American taxpayers, those same hardworking individuals you love to condemn

The story gets better by the post

Now what are you babbling about? I work for a private, locally owned business. My paycheck comes from what I create with my own hands. And I pay my taxes.

So they should definitely be forced to pay what is owed, that's not an argument to demand moar tho.
whoa! wait a sec here! in ameri-cah, fucking someone over is the very reason why we have rules and regs..case in point! (since many of you righties can't seem to understand why).

-and-

only further underscores the true issue..means will do anything to cheat the peasants even in the millenium, if they think they can.

is that fucked up or what?

a publicly traded company such as wal-mart (and their fucked-up 'wal' products) can afford to pay the minimum wage or not cheat the female staff out of 'ledbetter act' prompty and accurately.

in the millenium, everything that has to do with wage/benefits/hr is very streamlined for a company such as wal-mart unless they choose to cheat the employee. you see, wage mistakes don't happen anymore..only those 'on purpose'.

RIGHTIE PEASANTS!!..STOP VOTING RIGHTIE!!..WHAT YOU REALLY WANT IS LEFT..YOU JUST NEED TO GET USED TO DIVERSITY!!

Stand with Bernie
We are at a moment of truth. We need to face up to the reality of where we are as a nation, and we need a mass movement of people to fight for change.

I believe America is ready for a new path to the future.

Make a contribution to our presidential campaign today. I can't wait to see what we will accomplish together. - Bernie Sanders

What regulation protects employees against employers not paying them their contractual obligations?

Oh yeah! Its not a regulation but a law, one of the oldest laws on the books, it's called "breach of contract".

As usual, your post has so many words yet absolutely no content whatsoever.

it depends on what part of the contract is not met which will determine however, it's usually an employment attorney you need for contract dispute.

You're the one that believes that everyone has equal opportunity to make it in life.
You're right I do, simply because I don't live in the past.

That is basically the whole gist of this thread though.

I believe they can, people championing for the ones who have a hard time making it don't think they can.

Personally, I would much rather have people have faith in my abilities than not, and push to me to succeed rather than hold me back with a feeling of entitlement.

On a side note: I have gotten, not 1 not 2 but 3 people to come all the way over to TnT just to attempt to insult me. Including the one who says he keeps owning me. I've been owned so hard they have to follow me around to let me know it.

They would still receive the tax credit
wrong,

Under this program, employers can claim a tax credit on their federal taxes for each qualifying new hire. The amount of the tax credit is based on the amount of wages paid to each eligible worker.

Employers cannot claim the Work Opportunity Tax Credit for their relatives, former employees or undocumented workers.

You don't think paying someone well, makes them loyal and want to work harder for the business ? versus paying them poorly
It might, or it might not. Paying the hard working loyal employees more will help keep them that way, and will induce the disloyal slackers to improve their attitude. Those that will not improve wouldn't have done so by just throwing money at them. Rewarding behavior you want is a basic premise.

That "three bedroom house on a burger flippers wage" must have been when I defined the living wage in the very first post of the thread:

"Living Wage - a wage on which it is possible for a wage earner or an individual and his or her family to live at least according to minimum customary standards"

If earning a living the honest way was so easy for you, why did you decide to break the law and end up in federal prison?

You're a walking contradiction
She didn't say it was easy. You're a walking liar.

Never get anywhere? Lol take a look at the votes up top, sport. I've won. It's apparent my sides argument was more persuasive than yours. Thanks for playing

When have I said poor people can't become financially successful? Ben Carson is the exception, not the rule.

The fact is anyone willing can backtrack through recent American history and see exactly what has happened themselves, and multiple investigations have in fact been done on the subject. You are emotionally attached to an ideology that won't allow you to criticize it, much like organized religion.
I see 26 votes for, and 27 against. How do you figure you "won"?

Just because you can't understand some of the concepts I present does not make them any less valid.

I'm also not part of a lefty circle jerk that go around liking every retarded post each other member of said circle jerk makes.

So yeah, as usual, you post "gobble gobble gobble gobble".
