My wife, who used to manage a store, has received, within the past few months, her package to be a part of a current lawsuit they have going against them for just this thing. Cheating women out of pay.

Is last year not current enough for you to show they are indeed dealing with lawsuits? I mean shit, they've been dealing with these kind of lawsuits for years. And I'm sure with their current business practices they will continue to be sued over pay.

They've won and lost these cases. As you saw, last year they paid out 188 million. So yes, Walmart does fuck over its employees in regards to paying them what they are owed.
