LoL

My work here is done.

If the main argument was "the cost of living and minimum wage haven't risen equally" than I would be in agreement here. But for a bunch of whining retards to come in here and cry about not being able to afford a three bedroom house on a burger flippers wages just makes for a laugh fest. These guys always seem to approach problems with this "poor me, I need your help" attitudes and it completely destroys any respect they may be given. Nothing worse than an entitled child who can't take responsibility for themselves.

All I wanted to do over here is tell my story and how being on the bottom doesn't give you an excuse to complain and not better yourself. For the ones who take the time to read the info I provided it could be useful for someone seeking a college degree at an even lower cost or even free if its done right..

However, I'm a bad person for having faith in people and their abilities.

I don't really feel there are stupid people, just people who haven't been pushed to become educated.

That "three bedroom house on a burger flippers wage" must have been when I defined the living wage in the very first post of the thread:

"Living Wage - a wage on which it is possible for a wage earner or an individual and his or her family to live at least according to minimum customary standards"

If earning a living the honest way was so easy for you, why did you decide to break the law and end up in federal prison?

You're a walking contradiction

You're a bad person for believing you're better than poor people

Good people don't hold themselves above anyone, especially not for the size of their bank account

You truly deserve everything you get in your life, I mean that sincerely

@sheskunk

That's kinda funny.

To think, I thought everyone on this forum has broken the law at some point by growing cannabis.

I didn't realize what a special case you were.

(sit on my couch)

Tell me, how does that make you feel?

This is why you will never get anywhere with this thread you created. I never once said that, you assumed that simply because you don't believe that I was once poor myself.

The fact that you refuse to believe that and the fact that someone that is poor could become what I have I suggest you look at Ben Carson. Or is his struggles fake as well simply because he is conservative?

Come down on the bottom, the water is nice for people who don't think everyone owes them something.

Never get anywhere? Lol take a look at the votes up top, sport. I've won. It's apparent my sides argument was more persuasive than yours. Thanks for playing

When have I said poor people can't become financially successful? Ben Carson is the exception, not the rule.

The fact is anyone willing can backtrack through recent American history and see exactly what has happened themselves, and multiple investigations have in fact been done on the subject. You are emotionally attached to an ideology that won't allow you to criticize it, much like organized religion.

as a business owner I'm I suppose to pay someone based on the size of his or her family ? I'm I to hire them at one rate then give them raises each time they decide to have children ?
