yeah he's just sharing the knowledge i agree. I think I was just expecting a bit more. I generally press mine and work it a couple of times. making animals and such out of hash is loads of fun.

I did really like his bucket with the hole cut out the bottom for easy movement between grade of bags. that's smart.

I live in Southern California. He didn't have a banana clip in it when he showed it to me. I didn't ask very many questions but he offered to go shooting sometime if I am willing to drive.

That's a pretty good way to look at things, imo. I own a couple but haven't fired them in a while. I took my son to a firing range and taught him how to handle and shoot a small rifle a while ago but that's it. My shotgun hasn't been fired in a four to five years I'd say, maybe longer.

Honestly I don't think he was trying to get famous. I believe he just wanted to share some of the old school hash methods with people. Specifically the pressing which is something it didn't seem was being done much.
i am of the thought that pressing should be on a strain by strain basis. not all strains are/taste better . but it can make some cool stuff . i used to dry screen then bubble then swirl the two with a hot brick . buddy who showed me in mendo called it "marbel" . fun stuff but before i started makeing full melt and microplaneing it

the other day my neighbor says he wants to show me his new toys. I know he's into guns but didn't think much of it until he busted out an AK47 with pistol grip and a desert eagle .50 cal. The AK is a pretty impressive firearm in person.
My uncle had one back in the 80's......I had no clue what the name/type was until told.....to a 16yr old, it was just a "machine gun" lol. ATB!

You guys think a AK47 is a cool gun you need to shot a 30 cal browning, 240B, M60, or a Ma Deuce;)

Man I prefer to press most all my hash. Not really any reason except I liked pressed hash:)

And with that said I have just been pressing
