we must have a watchdog...over the lp's.and even a marketing board ...yes just like other agricultural products .......also maybe keep compassion centers....as a distribution network for
lp (actual medical strains) of weed via the lp network.
so if you want to purchase already grown...tested strains...you could actually get to see / smell etc....at least
put your eyeballs on....a sample....before having to make a decision....this mail order stuff is for plain and simple rip off

it makes no sense for them to say it's like flavours when there IS information showing different strains do different things. just shows how ignorant the crown is..to completely discard all the evidence and testimony from the Plaintiffs about the strains and what they do differently. Also shows Ambrose' position that it's not medicine yet there is so much saying the opposite.

I hear what you are saying about dppl,(dg), but LP's can't offer patient specific strains and thier medicine is unaffordable. New patients, post 2013, will also make the same claims. If it is safe for me to grow some plants, it is safe for all. The government has to PROVE that newer patients are a greater risk to society than mmar patients or it don't fly. My prediction...Judge Phelan comes back with a judgement ordering HC to start over and keeps the status quo for now. HC's mandate will be to make the system fair, affordable and accessible to every patient. From what I've taken out of this trial, HC is going to be very hard pressed to use the 'danger to the public' argument as an excuse to ban home grows in the future.

Lps arent allowed to advertise what strain is for what.... They arent even allowed to say if the strain is an indica or a sativa.
The only thing they can and have to post is the tested thc and cbd numbers. Some are posting terpine analysis but who cares lol.
After hc slapped them on the peepee they had to remove most details on strains its stupid.
Doesnt matter how many studies or reports come out proving hc is out to lunch when it comes to mj i cant understand why they get to keep the keys to the kingdom.
After how they screwed the pooch on setting up a system that doesnt work they should be forced to use a mj thinktank of people in the industry to help mould a system that works.

well I hope your right, I just don't see the gov being denied. and if they any patient to grow whats the sence of the lp? I just hope your right and that I can grow again, my patient is paralyzed and could never find something in indica for his leg spazms, I had bought some medicine man from mr nice=shanty and I guess one of the batches 5 yrs ago was mixed up. I actually got mango haze, well my patient loved it at week 13, I loved it to and im a indy lover. shanty then sent me 40 nordle for the fuck up, but a strong sativa worked and none of my indies worked on the spazms, just his sleep and depression issues. now he cant find mh from a cc, and he back to square 1.
also he had 4 dg=dppl prior to me that were crap growers and liars and scamers. the entire system needs work, and then it will possibly get some were.

Damn, that's pretty harsh, hope you're wrong. I think shit would hit the fan if some were allowed to grow and others not.

we either get to produce for ourselves, have a DG or be able to but it from a trusted source like CC's or even LP's but we shouldn't and won't be forced into their system of only 1 choice. i will always fight when you tell me what to do but give me a choice and i will look at it

Look at it another way. If HC is given 12 months to come up with the new mmj program or fix the two we got, what happens when a pot friendly government is elected in 5 months? There will be a new health minister and hopefully a whole new attitude toward marijuana as medicine. The risk to the public myth has been blown apart in regards to home grows. I think we have to keep the pressure on to ensure the LP's are kept in check, but the recreational market is their ultimate goal anyway. I just don't see them ever taking away my growing rights again.

they will limit the crap out of it! very curious as when they were told to up the DG address limit...they went from 1 up to 2!! that's the kind of response i expect...or close to it but at least we'll be able to grow....that's my hope ...
