I was 386 the last BBQ in December, just watching what I eat now. Hope to be close to 300 by the next December BBQ.

Thats half the battle tmb just the choice of food..i use to box amatuer finished at 91kg heavy weight division.
When i stopped i just stopped doing anything for 5 yrs lol and ate hamburgers and drank beer

Where I'm screwed is that I have a 3 sport high school athlete in the house who's 6'-3" and 230lbs who eats like a machine, and a wife that cooks like Betty Crocker. She ruined me, god I love that woman....LOL. When I did tree work every day I could eat everything and anything, 285ish back then. Now that I'm a photographer I'm on my ass all day. Lifestyle changes has been the key for me so far this year, on ward and forward!

You did not ruin anything no worries right,i have been working rous the clock will get the shirts by July and apparently I need to get some big ones lol.Things are progressing nicely just got tenants on the greenhouse cookies kosher Kush and to big Bty.The btyseeds I made are the shit they look great and we will be calling those high dez og ,that is the original name of bty clone only will remain bty.The cookies seeds I made are killing it to they will get transplanted tonight.We have acquired some serious genetics we pick up more tomorrow.We move into our warehouse may 1 and are stoked.The warehouse will now be refered to as the fire department.We have a big cleanup of the fire depth.That will take a week then we get the HVAC guys in there for our ac and dehumidifiers along with an electrician.We will have 7flower rooms going non stop split 10days apart staggered so as soon as one room is done and dry we will be hanging the next in a perpetual cycle.The flower rooms are 7k each and that is where we will start then grow from there.Strain list is unreal Bty clone only high dez og aka bay in seed form, clone only cookies forum cut clone only cookies ,seed run cookies, Alien berry, kosher 4and 6, king Louie og clone only,sfv clone only, sour d,Tangie,wifi 3, 818og,cobra Kia og,ghost og clone only, key lime pie, face off og clone only,pieface =faceoff x cherry pie, cherry pie,odessy,and petroleum =sourd xalien bubbaberry mmmmmmmm.pics to come also I will be working with a grower I brought in and we have our trim crew lined up will have a full blown drying room also a trim room and a dab center lol.Pics to come later tonight I had 10 minutes to post then back to the grow room.
