I didn't own a dehumidifier for years then one year it suddenly got wet and stayed that way. I bought a dehumidifier to use it for like a week or two. No need for it most of the time now.

Worry? I welcome it, what little change there is. It's dry as fuck here and my hygrometers all read 20 percent most of the time.

WOW opposite here. My RH is 60% and with the lights and such it can get to 80% in a small[er] basement without TWO dehumidifiers running. Its rocking 40-50% now. I empty my dehumidifiers almost daily.

Thank you new Ph meter! Woooot, Ph is the problem, nutrient lock out. I had em at .9 EC and new Ph meter read 4.4! Watttttttt. So dynagrow drops my Ph dramatically apparently. Sensi Grow/Bloom never did that too me. =/

I had same results with dynagro. And very dark fan leaves.

That was with foliage pro, magpro and protekt

Yeah I might switch back to Sensi Grow/Bloom if I dont like this dynagrow stuff. It drops my Ph and I can't seem to get it as stable as my first 3 grows (since I switched from original Sensi (PH PERFECT CRAP IS GARBAGE, dont buy it)

I like my Ph Perfect line... I mean, I still Ph it, but even with the drifting, I dont see near as much deficiency issues peeking out, n thats whats its supposed to do...

May try dyna next round, just for cost, but my overpriced water (AN) works well, so I don't much wanna fix what aint broke...

@ttystikk - I thought of you today at the hydro store when I was bargaining with the kid running the register. Long story short I basically got an 8 outlet air pump for almost nothing. It was even the commercial one, not the shitty ActiveAir-whatever. Petco garbage. Otherwise I wasn't going to bother .

How can I test my 1000w bulb to make sure it is in fact the bulb thats blown and not the ballast? I only have x1 1000w HPS bulb too =/

I bought some T5's today. Just a 4'x4 bulb HO veg fixture. I'm going to throw it over my veg scrog for the mothers and use a 125w CFL for over my cloner. Than get my 1k and 600w running again for the flower room..... Sigh..... So much work ahead of me without a single means of income. Anyone want to silently invest in me? hahha

You need another ballast that you know is good to test the bulb, or stick a known good bulb on the unknown ballast.

So how far does your waterfall fall vertically? Wondering what kind of distance I need to make a better than just "good" waterfall.

Less than six inches is plenty- ever seen a waterfall in a fish aquarium? They're not tall at all- and fish are a lot more picky about oxygenation than plants are! Just the fact that it's breaking surface tension of the water beneath is enough. You don't need to blast it, turns out that keeping water fully oxygen saturated is a very easy thing to do. I've found that keeping it cold enough is also important, so I run water temps at 68 or less.

That's basically the same thing. Shouldn't be a big deal if you're just trying to cool the nute water.

Quite frankly it is a big deal since I am VERY short on plumbing knowledge. I understand the basic concept however I don't feel confident enough to carefully take it apart/re-adjust the grill into the proper place/position.

I found a 1/10 hp chiller on CL for $80, and it keeps my 28g rdwc system at 65, no problem. Keep an eye out for them. Offer way less if you find one, they are not getting a lot of offers...

I chopped the Silver Kush and Cole Train. Cole Train hermie'd into Silver Kush. Half the Silver Kush is good and the other half is seeds. The cole train is trash.... Sigh. The Sharksbreath and Green Crack look AWESOME though. Girl Scout Cookie (x2) and Kosher Tangie are in single DWCs and doing well. I also have x2 Sharksbreath clones, a Silver Kush clone, and a green crack clone in my veg system. I am thinking I might trash the green crack, silver kush, and one of the sharksbreath. Than replace them with the Girl Scout Cookies (x2) and the Kosher Tangie.

I bought my 1000w ballast on 3-14-2014. The two white buttons in the back keep popping (well one does). Obviously this isn't a bulb, outlet, or reflector issue but a problem inside the ballast itself yes?

Could be a lot of things. Check and make sure all connections are tight. Is the ballast set to run the right bulb? Is it an older bulb, might have trouble striking? Then there's the whole electrical short issue...
