I hear ya, I used roots for yrs and then one batch killed one of my (surprise!) outside bluedreams, it wilted and shrivled within a day after transplanting, I got like, I think 8 or 9 bags and the other plants that got the other bags were all good, the one that didn't died almost instantly, it looked like it hadn't been watered in a week, and that happened within 2 hrs of trans.
Since then I used vermifire. But that was before when I didn't really get the whole thing and since I have gone to no-till, I have a shitty back, and it's much easier, and once you get it all down, you get better results too.
I always like vermifire's volcanic rock, but I didn't like that they used blood meal, but whatever.
I had damn good results with roots though, for probably 10-15 harvests or so.
You did say vermisoil though, that's the weaker version of vermifire, so if you have only used that one, you're kinda judging it a bit the wrong way.. sorta like driving the v6 mustang and thinking mustangs are slow.. that one is...
