I think it is fantastic that legit competitors with current technology and quality products are getting traction in this market.

It's gonna up everyone's game and separate out the chaff.

COBs caught on pretty quick and are changing things up a lot. There's always room for more companies, especially if each one does something slightly different from the others.

A51 is starting a 2nd company in a couple months, it's going to be, well... Can't say too much....

by poor customer service, I mean that I contacted them through email nearly a dozen times and only ever received ONE message thanking me for my inquiry, no response though.
What were you asking? @Eraserhead is willing to let bad customers go. If it was something strange, I could see him just choosing to ignore it and let you make your choice. That's not necessarily bad (compared to the overhead of personnel having to deal with the few who need more attention.). But, I know some feel the customer should come first under any circumstance (regardless of the support costs of dealing with a handful of outliers).

Is it possible you fell into that category?
