Bend branches and yoyo to make them conform to a flat canopy, try to fill in any spaces with tops and remove most of the lower limbs. You can start training once in gallons, I usually bend them twice while in veg (give them minimum of a week to recover before flipping to flower). There are lots of great how to videos on YouTube (I'm still learning myself).

ok 1st question .. I've made up.my mind on what nutes I'm gonna use for flowering .. Ima use jungle juice, Carbo load and overdrive .... i kno i use overdrive the last 2 weeks before the week that I flush but do i mix the carboload and jungle juice in the same liter when i water?

I've never used jungle juice, is that a flower booster? I mix carboload with all my other nutes, so would assume it's ok. It's just sugar, so pretty inert. I know some people who add it to the water days also to boost crystals.

Yes it is n forget the jungle juice I'm gonna use big bud
