Six of one, half a bakers dozen of the other. Flower nutes are flower nutes. As long as the nutrient profile is correct for the stage of growth the rest is up to you whether using some overpriced An nutes or a $8 tub of jacks classic.

I just counted. I've got 15 bottles of different Nutes and additives. And I probably got other crap in a drawer somewhere. I basically only use GH Maxibloom a bit of CalMag and PH up. Lucas Formula. I have been adding a bit of Awesome Blossoms.

Floraduo sounds like it would work with the Lucas Formula.

I use big bud with sensi bloom, open sesame, and overdrive+ carboload for a nice crystal finish. Works well (pic of a few of the apicals from my last turn below, white widow, soil, indoor).

what is hst? do you mean lst?
High Stress Training. Same principal as low stress training, only a bit more extreme. Goal is a flat canopy of mostly apical buds...and the stress increases THC (from what I understand, not verified but smokes stronger imo). In the wild the THC is the plant's natural defense. With HST it believes it's under attack and boosts THC levels in response. This is a pic of one plant, soil grown White Widow, at around 20 days into flower using HST.image.jpg

Bend branches and yoyo to make them conform to a flat canopy, try to fill in any spaces with tops and remove most of the lower limbs. You can start training once in gallons, I usually bend them twice while in veg (give them minimum of a week to recover before flipping to flower). There are lots of great how to videos on YouTube (I'm still learning myself).
