Mold is due to having a high humidity when growing right?

mold as in PM (powdery mildew) is usually more from big swings in temp/humidity than from high humidity itself

Botrytis ("bud rot") is typically from pockets of high humidity without proper airflow

I see mold down at the stem. I wouldn't bet my life on it with these pics, but there seems to be a discoloration and withering at the stem with some powdery gray shit.

hah! 2 summers ago at the end of the seasoned it rained everyday around harvest time. I lost 5 lbs in 12 hrs to botrytis. I can see that shit a mile away now And most indoor grows are sealed so outdoor temps and rh dont effect

Yes I admit my attempts at humor are pretty pitiful. I just got caught up in the leggings, sorry for polluting someone else's thread. My CCM #7 is this wonderful grape shit that actually hammers me and I just, irresponsibly, keep on smoking. So I have zero excuse.

Wait I just thought of a mitigating factor, @Diabolical666 just ruled the pot was smokeable so no threads were harmed in the jack.

Ok, glad the bud is ok. It wasnt so much that I though I could actually see the bud mold, but there was something about it that made me suspect it. More in the color and structure.

I swear I saw an odd greyish discoloration at the very bottom on the stem. I saw that one time when I forgot half a plant stuffed in a bag..... oops, not sure why or how I even did that one. But that's the only mold I've seen and after it dried up it looked a bit similar. Then again I'm high on a Sativa hybrid that kicks in my paranoia and gives me a hint of visual distortion, smh... the second pics looked good.
