Do you see how the leaves in the pic above your post are droopy? Its because the plant is over watered a bit. The leaves still look firm, not flimsy, we call that turgor. They still have turgor. So when the plants maintain turgor but droop after watering, your obvious cause is over watering.
In under watering, the leaves and stems lose turgor as the plant and root system dehydrates. The plant gets a serious droop, leaves hanging type look. That's under watering.
In GroErr's pic do you see how the leaves are pointing straight out? You can see how the leaf angle is different than the other pic above. That plant looks happy. Not over or under watered.

I don't seem to be doing to bad then. I'm used to hydro, so this is a learning curve.
