i doubt it...he's the judge that stayed Turmel's Goldstars saying the 20 points in the Goldstar affidavit was too similar to the 4 points in Conroy's affidavit.

Yeah I thought that was the same judge. I'm pretty sure all cannabis cases dealing with access will be stayed pending outcome of Allard and Smith for the foreseeable future anyway.
