it's the kit put out by John Turmel. it's stayed pending tyhe Allard trial. it reaches farther than this case. it's another way to stand up to HC in my opinion.

it took me a bit but when i saw finally figured it out, it wasn't too hard.
i was helping someone with the new kit to change addresses & it was pointed out it's missing some key info. I am going to talk to him about that. maybe that's why less that 10 people have filed the new one. Turmel helped me with mine so I had no problems. i am very glad he did because i don't think i would have gotten it without him

He's also talking about a corporate system where weed has become the new cash crop for companies and state gov, obviously they're gonna want to control personal cultivation.
