this witness really showed what they did. threw together a program knowing how it would hurt the patients and did it anyway...my guess is because it is MMJ. if it had been a "pill" medication, we would n't have this problem. look at what she said about not having any trouble having a month's worth of oxy's is no problem but having a 30 day of MMJ could land you in jail or your meds taken away

i don't think a break will help. she's had months to prepare. she had to know these questions would be asked. another example of the nonchalant attitude...or they know they're hooped...or the judge is in their pockets & we have no way of winning. look at Mernaugh's case. i thought that was a slam dunk but he lost
