Have tou tried saturating your stain in near boiling water,dab it off,or I should say dab it back off lol with some strong iso? Works for me when my shatter drips on my pants

Cut it out and smoke it lolol jk . It's an oil so alch should work. Or paint thinner. Might take some color out your shorts though
