I have him blocked now but wish there was a "ban from site" button for some of these psycho's...
once in a while i unblock him just to see what planet he's broadcasting from...haha
you look at his words now-oh so wise yet "some people prefer to pay for the finer things in life" was a previous comment. i guess because we took offense to that, he now loves everyone, knows everything & even turned Rasta....did his meds kick in...did he bang his head?? most of his stuff is drivel and conspiracies so no loss.

So I checked the box to see if it was csa approved - it's not. So I decided that I should call bc northern lights to find out why it wasn't csa approved. The box is merely a vessel, all the parts are csa approved and they couldn't justify the added cost to put a sticker on the box, however, it can be approved in short order if need be ( this is important)...so we started chatting about the court case...apparently "the lawyer and Jason" bought the bloom box, but bc northern lights had no idea what they were using it for. This guy honestly sounded surprised. Hmmmmm

You can build your box, add all the necessary electrical items then take it to Intertk or have them come over to inspect and certify it. I know of customers had had that done with timer boards and ballast they built.

Kula: patients would – hypothetically – be expected to do testing if they were selling the pot tea or other product, not for personal use

In order to grow you would have to let an inspector in at random. That will never fly. Way too many legal issues surrounding that.
Even if an inspection was planned ahead of time, that won't work either. That's why is was never done in the past. People would simply moved plants to another room. They can't inspect the whole dwelling. See my point. Inspecting personal homes is very problematic.
I personally would never approved or allow a random inspection of my house. I'm not a criminal. Like GB123 said they would need to find me home first.
I could see an initial electrical inspection for setups being approved. The license could be held until the inspection paper work has been submitted. But after that is done, further inspections would just be duped.
