i think they thought because they didn't know a lot about it, no one else would either.
notice how harper is trying to cram shit down our throats? these big omnibus bills & almost no time to go over them...i think they think if they do it fast enough, someone will miss something but as we've seen, these things unravel later costing more $$ than if they had a couple more days to talk about it and/or split the bill into different parts. pure arrogance!

Who would have that at this day and age with as far as society has advanced that this is the way adults are supposed to sort out their issues.
Imagine what this looks like to the rest of the world and especially to non mj friendly people.
