If taste is what your looking for you are getting the best, high is like woo. Yield is good if you are on your Ps and Qs same with growing. This strain comes with pros and cons. All I'm saying is just don't jump in with both feet. For a beginner. Peaceeeeeee

@BuzzD2Kill nice flowers. Can you describe the smells and flavors your getting from the seed runs above? They all look grown very well. Good job, bro. Also, how would you describe your definition of og.

Thanks for the compliments, I was surprised how good all the strains turned out that run. Was hard picking keepers. Straight tahoe Ive ran was very sweet, grew like an og but very sweet, Bhudda Tahoe was lil different almost playdoey. Dr Greenthumb was also lil sweet, musty mellow sweet, grew like an og. Fire og tastes like earthy fuely goodness with an earthy piney exhale. Mellow fuely piney smell when squeezed but overwhelming smell out of the container "strong coffee skunkyish". Now buddy next to me says "sweet" in it fruity pebbles, so again to each is own lol. I grew up smoking Og, starting growing in search of it, received a cut of skywalker og, and to me seed form, ograskal has given me the best result I was looking for. Not saying its what your looking for. My 2 cents.

Side note, I grew brotherhood og from Karma (in a greenhouse), it was similar to Docs. Next up is RPs og kush, RP's skywalker og, bc depots fire og, girl scout cookies, and animal cookies. ALL the seed companies have sent me nice genetics, certain qualities serve different peoples needs. Could have been Phenos?

My girl tells me this chem 91 x skunk va smells like sweet pickles....I think it smells like rotten arm pit funk...

I had a good experience with RP's OG and OG18. I grew probably about 5 of each or so. Pretty finicky but this was early in my cannabis growing and I'm sure I'd do better with them now. I'd probably go back with OG18 being my preference, found it to have a more lemon/fuel aroma than the OG, plus it had a tad better yield. I liked Kosher but it wasn't anything like what I had smoked that was called Kosher. Perhaps one has to dig to find those particular traits.
Alas I haven't really been looking for OGS but I'm thinking I've got a few freebies I may pop and give a try at later this year

It had very large buds, main colas were atleast 12 inches unlike any OG I have ever seen,
The smell had no lemon pinesol at all, it was very chemmy.
I personally would never grow RP 18 again. The buds were also ridiculously hairy.
Some of the hairest bud I have ever grown.
The 2nd RP 18 I grew smelled like dirty laundry.

Interesting. I had 5 and they weren't too dissimilar. I don't think they'd pass as some of the OG I've bought back in the day, but it wasn't bad bud. Kinda like a watered down version but it was definitely strong smoke.
I have also grown out the Buddha Tahoe fems and Regular Tahoes from CC, and from seed, those are the best representation of OG in seedform I have come across. There are plenty of OGs I have not grown so I am not saying it is the be-all, end-all of OGs, but I am more than satisfied with them.
That looks very nice, unfortunately neither of the two I grew had any resemblance to that.
The glossy, thick leaves are always something I expect to see on an OG, and neither of the two I grew had them.

Very pretty. I Certainly Had the waxy green leaf thing going and the calyx to leaf ratio was similar on both OG/OG18. OG was a tad more dense than OG18, but they certainly weren't airy.

I am currently growing out DinaFems OG kush I got as a freebie. Still in veg but I have read decent reports on her, even if she's not a "true OG."
