I gotta find me some beef cheeks..i keep hearing cheek meat is some of the most tender. I've been wanting to make some braciole lately..hmmmmm

What else is in the Brussels sprouts? I just got into roasting them..but bacon and raisins...sounds kick ass

It has bacon, onions, thyme, raisins, and chicken stock. Of coarse salt and pepper too

Cook the bacon first then sauté the onions in the bacon fat mmmmm then throw in the Brussel sprouts to brown them but not fully cook em. After that hit the pan with chicken stock and throw in the raisins and thyme. Let it simmer til the sprouts are soft

You got me buddy, I do like Hunter S Thompson but I'm not as familiar with his stuff other than fear and loathing...
