You do realize that when people say Russia has never attacked anyone that they are actually correct don't you? Russia as is currently governed is only 24 years old. Russia and the USSR are totally different countries, one of which does not exist any longer.

Were you asleep in 1991?
That's bull. Just tap dance. Putin was there.

I will tell you again how wrong you are.

Russia is an old country.. The Civilization goes back to Rus Valley, early agriculture. When they say Mother Russia, that is what they mean. And just because it had Tzars and Dictators, doesn't mean it changed countries. Nor did they give up their seat on the UN Security Council.

Nice try....not.

The history of Russia begins with that of the Eastern Slavs and the Finno-Ugric peoples. The state of Garðaríki ("the realm of towns"), which was centered in Novgorod and included the entire areas inhabited by Ilmen Slavs, Veps, and Votes, was established by the Varangian chieftain Rurik in 862 (the traditional beginning of Russian history). Kievan Rus', the first united East Slavic state, was founded by Rurik's successor Oleg of Novgorod in 882. The state adopted Christianity from the Byzantine Empire in 988, beginning the synthesis of Byzantine and Slavic cultures that defined Russian culture for the next millennium. Kievan Rus' ultimately disintegrated as a state because of the Mongol invasion of Rus' in 1237–1240 and the death of about half the population of Rus'.[citation needed] During that time, a number of regional magnates, in particular Novgorod and Pskov, fought to inherit the cultural and political legacy of Kievan Rus'.

Many classified computers are linked to an intranet, these workstations are the entry point.

RT? The Kremlin financed pro-Putin 'news source.' I watch them sometimes also, it is pretty easy to see how they try to control information.

GDR troops think that they are fighting for communism and Putin. Sounds like they want the USSR back.

Totally different countries? Putin, an ex intelligence officer of the KGB. You know that after the wall fell only a few people shifted positions right?
No. That is a ruse. Real stuff is not connected to anything. Then the connected stuff doesn't use the internet. They moved on. They left the ruse.

Think of those SIFI stories where the Alien just absorbs our weapon energies and grows stronger.
That's what this is. You leave the ruse doors to invite hackers then grow stronger.

I have close relatives and friends in the Crimea.

In 1971-73, I served as a soldier in Kramatorsk. Today it is in the conflict zone. My army friend now lives there, we communicate through Skype and through facebook. I can speak Russian and I can well understand the Ukrainian language. I read, see and listen to the propaganda on both sides of the conflict in the original, not in translation or paraphrase. Unlike Ukraine, the Russian censorship does not cover any of my sources of information.

You know through thousands of miles better than me?

No. I value your information. Did you ever get near MIGs. Nice piece of kit, there. Especially the latest one. I grew up on AF bases crawling all over airplanes anything they would let us loose on.

The last time I was in St. Petersberg, my guys took me out to a military park Museum. It is on the northmost river branch near the Old Fort, I think. They couldn't believe I wanted to go, but they remembered. Tanks! Towed Katusha! I was a kid again. Amazing, I am sitting in a Russian Tank. (I kept muttering)

Interesting viewpoint. Leads back again to who is the best hacker. The Russians, who just made off with a Billion plus $, or the CIA?

Except the ones who learn from all this are not CIA. They are NSA. But, I see the point. IAC, it was bank money backed by Federal Insurance, so yeah, they tapped us alright. I hope it was worth it.

In those years when I was a soldier in the age of 18-20 years, my regiment was armed with supersonic fighter-interceptor Su-15, for protection against aggression by Turkey, NATO.

There were also a training squadron of old MiG-15, as those that participated in the Korean War.

MiG pilot, so I was called by ICMagger KiefSweat. It's cool to be the MiG pilot oniDab Radio 8/1/2012 in Denver.

Aggression from NATO/Turkey? When did that occur? All I remember was Soviet expansion into any area they deemed useful, Cuba for instance.
So, your a head from Moscow?
