Sorry too be a dick but why didn't you just tie them down? Same result but no risk. That branch looks like you snapped it and it can't transport nutrition to the bud site, best thing to do when you snap a branch is to tape it up, I use matchsticks as splints, but you can just take it but support helps. Yeah I know I hate it when someone gets s bright idea right after I screw up and trust me it's happened. Try the tape and maybe a seaweed foliar spray, but it doesn't look good.

You squeezed too hard bro. That branch looks like it's toast. Plus, redeyed is right. Most plants respond really well to low stress training (tying them down). Supercropping is just torture..

Next time just pinch and roll the stem between your thumb and index finger. You will feel the walls crush a little. The stem will bend over, but will show recovery signs within a few hours if you do it right. Live and learn.

Super cropping is more for canopy management, and supercropping a flowering plant is more harm the good just my opinion.

Just focus on keepin it healthy
